The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius

19th Annotation

Experience the Spiritual Exercises over several months through weekly prayer practices, readings and meditations with certified spiritual directors.

The Spiritual Exercises are meditations, prayers and contemplative practices developed by St. Ignatius Loyola to help find God in the silence. Originally a 30-day silent retreat, today a “retreat in daily life,” or 19th Annotation, involves an eight-month program of prayer and meetings with a spiritual director, following a pattern of meditation, contemplation and scripture reading. The experience helps retreatants come to a greater awareness of God.

Weekly Retreat: September 29, 2022 - May 18, 2023
Thursdays, 10 - 11:30 a.m.
